The new, animated MV for "Regret" depicts a pair of lovers looking back on all of the memories they shared as a couple as they realize that it was wrong for them to separate, and by the end of the short MV, the male holds onto fluttering hope in the form of a fallen leaf, waiting patiently for the day his lover returns to him.
