Singer Jung Joon Young, who was wrongfully suspected of secretly filming his former girlfriend and was recently acquitted of all charges, says that he has no plan to press any charges.
Many predicted that Jung Joon Young would sue the ex-girlfriend for making a false accusation, but Jung Joon Young's staff stated to TV Report on October 18, "As written in the prosecutor's report, we do not plan to sue [the ex-girlfriend]." With his public image already damaged, there is little to be gained by engaging in another legal battle, many say.

Jung Joon Young's former girlfriend brought charges against the singer on September 23, claiming that he filmed her without her consent during a sexual intercourse. And even though all the charges were dropped and he was acquitted, public opinion of Jung Joon Young has already hit rock bottom.
Jung Joon Young held a press conference to apologize for causing trouble and dropped out of all of the shows he was a part of. It is reported that he will be returning to KBS 2TV's '1 Night 2 Days,' but the specific return date is not yet determined.
The singer is currently in France, working on his next album. Do you think he made the right decision?
