'A Hyung I Know' took a jab at the hate comments toward Heechul.
Heechul's supposed 'attitude' toward Min Kyung Hoon had become an issue with some viewers, where they claimed he was being rude. However, both Heechul and Min Kyung Hoon revealed that the mood hadn't been like that at all, and even the staff confirmed that everything had been fine during filming.

Perhaps in response to the hate comments, the staff used the caption 'Min Kyung Hoon Best Friend' for Heechul on the 1st's episode.
