Netizens and fans alike have noted immense similarities between the dance moves for DIA's upcoming track "Mr. Potter" and Girl's Day's former track, "Expectation."
One netizen took to an online community to point out that DIA's choreography teaser released through Naver had them pull down their suspenders and move their hips in a way very similar to Girl's Day, even sharing screenshots of comments from other netizens who thought the same.

Most netizens took the blame from DIA to their choreographer, Bae Yoon Jung, who had seemingly recycled the move from when she choreographed "Expectation." Netizen comments read, "What is with Bae Yoon Jung these days... I heard she even put that Seventeen (?) dance into I.B.I's.. keke singers just do [the dances] because they're told to do them. Bae Yoon Jung has no conscience just self-replicating her dance moves...," "I know it's not DIA's fault, but everyone can see it's exactly the same? Even if the choreography is the same, that's a bit... keke The choreographer who recycled her dance is at fault, because it's the same choreographer; this isn't right," and, "They say it's the same choreographer.. The choreographer is the crazy person, seriously... Girl's Day got so famous from the suspender dance. She reuses that as is..?"
In a similar vein, in commentary under DIA's teaser video, fans can be seen defending the girls, stating the move is nothing original to begin with.
