Solji appeared on KBS 2TV's 'Happy Together 3' on August 11 and talked about her unsuccessful career before EXID.
Solji said, "I debuted under the group named 2NB in 2006. Before I debuted under EXID, I put out about 23 albums," and the program showed clips of her refreshing, youthful image during that period.
Park Myung Soo said, "What's amazing about EXID's company is they [took in] Solji who failed 23 times," making everyone laugh.

Also on this day, she and Sunny figured out who was the senior. They first revealed they saw each other for the first time that day and had greeted each other in the bathroom. When asked who was the senior, Solji, who debuted in EXID in 2012, said Sunny was. However, the MCs mentioned her debut back in 2006 under 2NB, so Sunny said, "Oh, then you're the senior."
The younger girl group members on the show that day got up to bow their greetings, and Sunny said to everyone's amusement, "Greet your unnie properly, you punks!"
Solji added, "If 'Up & Down' failed, we were going to disband. When we were pondering what path we should take individually, Hani's fan cam blew up, so our ranking went up."
