According to Xit Suh, "I got a call from Kush after 'Show Me The Money 4' last year. I was thankful because he seemed very interested in my music and said he wanted to work with me. Afterward, we met up to work on a few songs."
The rapper went on to talk about how busy Kush was in the midst of setting up The Black Label with fellow YG producer Teddy. He added, "There is a song that we completed with Kush's beat and my lyrics on top, but this song was made for different reasons than a regular release. Even after 'Show Me The Money 5', we often kept in touch, but I don't think that any type of specific collaborative plans nor any type of tangible contract [with YG Entertainment or The Black Label], will occur in the near future."
Finally, Xit Suh stated, "For the time being, I don't think I'll be looking for a label and promoting as a rapper. I may look into it in the future, but now isn't the time."
Don't keep us waiting too long, Xit Suh!
