She said, "I wanted to become a singer, but I ended up debuting as a backup dancer first. There were so many complications. I think I was in like four groups. After first coming out in a group called Popo, I then rapped in a group called DVS, but that failed. After that, I moved agencies and debuted as S Blush. Even though I was able to go up on the Billboard chart at the time, I failed.
"At the time, I arranged a meeting with Chief Yang Hyun Suk of agency YG. We planned a solo album for me. It really seemed like a dream, but that evening, my previous CEO told me we should try again. Without fear, I called Yang Hyun Suk and told him, 'Thank you, but please let it be like it never happened.' And then what was made was After School. That took nine years."
Do you think she should have stuck with YG or made a good decision by joining After School?
