The story follows Hee Wan, a 24-year-old woman who has cut herself off from the world and lost the will to live. This much-awaited spin-off of Hospital Playlist, dives into the everyday struggles and friendships of OBGYN residents at Yulje Medical Center’s Jongno branch. It is set against the backdrop of South Korea’s declining birth rate. Fans of the original can also look forward to cameos and a special OST by the original cast.

It is a fantasy rom-com set in the Joseon era, featuring a spooky legend, a kind-hearted and sharp-witted nobleman possessed by the powerful Imugi spirit, and a female shaman who wants nothing to do with her spiritual destiny and instead chooses to live as a skilled artisan. Together, they face a vengeful ghost known as the Eight-Feet-Tall spirit.
