G-Friend appeared on SBS's variety show, 'Star King,' and had a surprise waiting for member Yerin!  

On this day, the show welcomed Lock N Lol Crew, which was the very first Korean group to win the competition 'Hip Hop International's 2015 World Hip Hop Dance Championship'!  They showed off their knife-life dance movements, grabbing the attention of the panel with their showy opening stage.

However, it turned out that one member, Lee Yong Wook, went to the same high school as Yerin!  She revealed, "We've been in the same class in high school for three years straight.  It's been two years since we saw each other."

Kang Ho Dong asked how it was seeing her on TV, and Lee Yong Wook replied, "It was really fascinating," then hilariously added, "Cause I didn't think she'd get this popular," surprising Yerin with this sudden diss, hence the animation of a hammer hitting her on the head. This is how you know they were true friends!

When asked if he had liked her, he said hesitantly, "Well, she was my friend," and Yerin saved the situation, asking him, "Don't you have a girlfriend?" which he confirmed. Kang Ho Dong then made everyone burst into laughter at pointing out that Yerin is G-Friend, so isn't she his G-Friend?  High five, Kang Ho Dong.
