Despite Key East having denied reports just yesterday, it looks like they were in the final stages, after all, because now they've released a statement confirming that she has signed with them.

The label said, "Hara is charming not only as a singer, but is an artist who also has high potential as an MC and an actress. She has potential to grow in all directions, so we're anticipating a lot from her. We'll use our management know-how to support not only her Korean activities but also her activities in Japan and China, and support her activities as a Hallyu star that represents Korea."
Seungyeon is reported to have signed with Widmay Entertainment, and there is yet no news on Gyuri.
