Who Wore It Better: Taemin vs. Hyungsik

It's been awhile since we've done a 'Who Wore It Better' featuring male stars, so this time, we have matched two very dashing idols against each other, namely SHINee's maknae Taemin and ZE:A's Hyungsik!�

Taemin, who has grown into a�strapping lad, is no longer an awkward teen but a young man who has fully embraced his budding adulthood. In the past year, he has been experimenting with not only music but also fashion, showing us a side of himself that we haven't seen in his earlier days! ZE:A's Hyungsik has also been making a name for himself with various acting gigs, leaving a mark in the K-Entertainment sphere with his latest work 'High Society.' As we've watched the two idols grow, one thing that can't be disregarded is the evolvement of their fashion tastes, which has greatly matured over the years.�

The idols were seen wearing the same caramel-colored pea coat, Taemin to the 2015 MAMA and Hyungsik to a screening of the upcoming 'The Tiger: An Old Hunter's Tale.'�

Taemin had draped the coat over his shoulders, opting to add a touch of edgy flair by using the jacket as an accessory rather than an item of practicality against the cold. The classy overcoat offsets the rebellious touch of the outfit he has on underneath, an outfit assembled in all black save for the white turtleneck underneath his leather jacket. Taemin upped the edgy vibe of his ensemble with a couple of black and metallic rings, worn on both hands.

Hyungsik went for a similar feel, dressed in all-black except for the coat which is the only piece with color in his outfit. The difference between Hyungsik and Taemin is drawn by how each styled his outfit; Hyungsik looks noticeably more clean cut then Taemin, as his ensemble lacks any distinguished accessories. Even his hair neatly styled, with not a stray strand in sight.�

I was a bit torn at first, because both Taemin and Hyungsik look so dapper and handsome! I was leaning towards Hyungsik at first, but the more I studied Taemin's outfit, the more artfully assembled it seemed; everything from his messy mop of hair (which probably took at least an hour to style) to the rings on his fingers, his black trousers, and spotless black oxfords, just screamed 'YAS.' Hyungsik undoubtedly looks handsome as well, but I feel as though he--or his stylist--didn't know what direction to take the outfit in. It looks formal, but then you notice he is wearing jeans...? Doesn't seem appropriate to me, especially for a formal occasion.�
