Entertainer and actress Amy, who was charged for abusing prescription drugs Propofol and Zolpidem, won't be celebrating the approaching holidays and the new year like the rest of us, especially with the late news that she will be forced to deport the country on December 30.
The Korean Immigration office revealed to Daily Sports on December 22 that they ordered for Amy to leave the country by December 31. According to the reports, Amy had initially been revealed to be deported to China; however, following Korean immigration laws, Amy will be deported to Guam, an island territory of the U.S., where she holds citizenship.

A rep from the immigration office explained, "After she is deported, she can decide on moving to a different country in accordance to the applicable laws of that territory."
