The two's sense of fashion is also worthy of our notice, as they manage to swallow any given look with class and panache. It helps that they were blessed with great bodies, long and lean everywhere! But how do theses two goddesses fare in the slightly 'mannish' piece? Shin Min Ah and Jun Ji Hyun wore the same 'Tom Browne' piece from the designer's 2015 F/W line, a dapper navy blue blazer with thick white linings and matching white buttons for a bold finishing touch.
Jun Ji Hyun wore the blazer to an 'Assassination' press conference, and she went completely androgynous with her outfit, pairing the top with baggy, ankle-length trousers. The mannish looks is complete with a black tie worn loosely and a crisp shirt that is oh-so-casually unbuttoned at the top for a 'messy clean' look. She didn't toss in any statement accessories save for the golden stacked rings on her fingers. The actress's shoes, while classy, don't pop out much as they are simply a pair of plain black pumps that blend in with the rest of her ensemble.
As for Shin Min Ah, she wore the piece for one of the promotional posters for her drama 'Oh My Venus,' which cuts off the bottom portion of her outfit. But no matter, as the focus is on the blazer. Shin Min Ah went for the preppy, clean-cut look, a contrast to Jun Ji Hyun's mannish, tousled styling. Shin Min Ah's outfit lacks any accessories to speak of--unless you count that pink dumbbell and notepad as accessories.
Though I love Jun Ji Hyun and her acting, I just wasn't feeling her outfit. It doesn't flatter her body at all and she just looks like she is one straight line without any defined curves in that baggy, hot mess of an outfit. Maybe it's the pants, but what she's wearing somehow makes her look shorter than she is. And that's saying something considering that she is 5'8" and the fact that she's wearing heels. Shin Min Ah, on the other hand, pulls off the blazer a bit better, as she opted for a clean-cut, tailored look that emphasizes her slim frame.
What do you think? Is Jun Ji Hyun owning the 'mannish' androgynous look or do you prefer Shin Min Ah's simple, clean-cut look? Let us know in the comments!
