Cross Gene's leader Shin (also known as Shin Won) talked about how he wasn't always the leader of his group. As a guest on the most recent episode of 'Quiz to Change the World', he revealed how that happened.

Shin was first asked, "It seems like your popularity is really amazing in Japan?" He admitted, "I am kind of amazing," making the studio laugh.

They also mentioned that they thought Takuya was the leader, and Shin explained, "When we debuted, Takuya was the leader, but after we finished our first album promotions, since his age is in the middle of the group, he said the burden was too much. That's when I said, 'You can quit [being leader], I'll do it.'"

When asked what the positive points of being a leader are, he answered, "Having a strong say? I decide what we should eat, and how much money we can use in the credit card, things like that."
