Though Kim Hyun Joong and his ex-girlfriend Ms. Choi are still in the middle of a lawsuit, it's been reported that Ms. Choi and their baby are doing well.
The couple had their fourth hearing, which was made unavailable to the public, on October 30. Ms. Choi's representation stated, "We brought in new evidence this time. It seems we'll be ready for the final argument today. Ms. Choi is doing well after giving birth. The child is also growing well."
