SISTAR members Bora and Soyu had some delicious hand-cut noodles and dumplings on the most recent episode of KBS' 'The Human Condition - Urban Farmer'.

They were just enjoying their food and eating well despite the fact that they had a photoshoot right after filming for the show. The members of 'The Human Condition' asked, "Is it okay to eat like this now?"
Bora and Soyu replied that it was all right because they weren't on the thin side for girl group members anyway. They also shared that there are times they diet and times that they don't.
Bora shared, "When I look at my body and think that I should [diet], I do, and when I don't, I eat," and Soyu added, "When I do [diet], I really focus on it."
Bora continued, "You can't diet 365 days a year." Soyu agreed, "Or else you die. You can't."
