An amazing fitness DVD will soon be hitting stores! Not only will you get to sweat your butt off for a figure rivaling the KARA members themselves but you will get to do so with the KARA members themselves!
The girls are going to be releasing a Japanese fitness DVD entitled 'KARA the FIT' in which they show off their dance moves as well as have stretching periods to their more calming songs for the perfect body.
