An amazing fitness DVD will soon be hitting stores! Not only will you get to sweat your butt off for a figure rivaling the KARA members themselves but you will get to do so with the KARA members themselves!
The girls are going to be releasing a Japanese fitness DVD entitled 'KARA the FIT' in which they show off their dance moves as well as have stretching periods to their more calming songs for the perfect body.

This sounds amazing. There will be three discs for 'Dancing 1,' 'Dancing 2,' and 'Stretching,' so get ready for the DVD's release in the summer for that bikini bod you've been dying to have.
