Olympic athlete Son Yeon Jae says she has no plans to debut in the entertainment industry and that she's happy just being an Olympic star.
The rhythmic gymnast answered her fans' questions on the October 29th episode of 'One Night of TV Entertainment', revealing what she likes to eat and more. Son Yeon Jae answered, "I don't come to Korea often, so I always want to eat ddukbbokki and kimbap." In terms of her ideal type, the athlete simply answered, "He has to be taller than I am."
It seems some of her fans were also interested in seeing her outside of competitions as they asked if she wanted to make a debut as a celebrity. Though she's been featured as a model for major brands and is used to the limelight, Son Yeon Jae said she enjoys being a gymnast.
She responded, "Rhythmic gymnastics is what I'm good at. I don't think I'd be good at being a celebrity. I think it's good that I chose gymnastics. I started when I was 5 years old, and I've only been an athlete my entire life."
