The song is composed by Lee Yoo Jin and features 2BiC's Jihwan, whose�vocals are in the chorus for the soundtrack. Jihwan was also previously featured in EXO Chen's "Best Luck".

"For You" is a confessional love song that portrays Jang Jae Yeol's (Jo In Sung) feelings toward Ji Hae Soo (Gong Hyo Jin).
