G-Dragon donates 81.8 million KRW for his birthday

G-Dragon donated 81.8 million KRW ($80,324 USD) for his birthday!


Since his birthday's on August 18th, he donated the 81.8 million to a charity group that helps Lou Gehrig's disease patients, the Seungil Hope Foundation. His fans also donated 8.18 million KRW ($8,035) to the same charity to commemorate his birthday as well. His label YG Entertainment said, "G-Dragon donated to the Seungil Hope Foundation for his birthday."

G-Dragon has continuously donated to the Seungil Hope Foundation along with Sean, so it's not his first time donating for a good cause. In 2011, he donated 50 million KRW to the Seoul University Children's Hospital for his birthday.
