The actor looks good in both his white coat and 119 rescue worker uniform with his tall height of 185 cm (~6'1"), which is perfect for a beautiful back hug scene with Goo Hye Sun. Now that a big turning point happened in the latest episode, let's hope that we can see more of Lee Sang Yoon's million-dollar smile that makes this drama worth watching.
