SM C&C confirmed on the 26th, "Han Chae Young, who is recognized not only in Korea but overseas as well, decided to join SM C&C as she looks forward to her new and active acting career."

It seems the actress has quite a few occasions to celebrate lately as in addition to finding a new agency to call home, she has also recently become a mother of a healthy baby boy!
