Kim Gu Ra is making his return to the entertainment industry after the controversy over his past remarks as the new MC for the show 'TAXI'.

tvN's 'TAXI' is a program that had been hosted the last six years by female comedian Lee Young Ja and actor Gong Hyung Jin, and Kim Gu Ra has been selected to carry on the baton. This is Kim Gu Ra's first return to television in six months, and he is expected to bounce back and continue his blunt and hilarious hosting style.

On his first episode of 'TAXI', Kim Gura will be driving to visit those he has been most grateful towards, and Kim Sung Joo will also be serving as a special MC on the episode.

The recording is already said to have taken place, and there are rumored to be four guests featuring on Kim Gu Ra's first episode, including his very own son, Kim Dong Hyun.

The episode airs September 13th!
