JYJ's Junsu recently sat down with @star1 magazine and revealed stories behind his attendance at Park Ji Sung's "Asian Dream Cup" charity event held in Vietnam.
Junsu revealed why he kept passing the soccer ball to his teammates during the event and shared, "At the time, I didn't attend [the charity event] to perform, but Park Ji Sung hyung came up to me and said, 'I heard you like soccer? Let's play together'. I was really in pain that day but I thought to myself that this is a once in a lifetime opportunity so I played without showing that I was hurt. I went out to play just for fun but the Vietnamese athletes probably thought I was an athlete because they started to tackle me. I had the ball a few times and to prevent any major accidents, I just kept passing it."
He also continued, "To hold in my pain and continue to play was difficult. After the tournament was over, the national coach came over to me and checked to see if my body was okay. After the tournament ended and I came back to Korea, I was sick for two weeks", revealing the obstacles he went through for the charity event.
But Junsu expressed his passion for soccer and stated, "If I could be born again, I would like to be a soccer player."
In other news, Junsu recently came back from holding successful concerts in front of 5,000 fans in Brazil and Mexico, showing his international stardom.
