MBLAQ's Thunder is often referred to as the 'chic' idol. With his anime-like unrealistic good looks and tall, lanky height, the singer has managed to capture the hearts of his female fans everywhere. He and his sister Sandara Park (Dara) of 2NE1 are well-known to be the good-looking siblings of K-Pop.

During his interview, Thunder could not stop smiling as he spoke about his sister Dara, making everyone around him wish they too had a brother like him. When it comes to Thunder, 'Sandara Park' is a key conversation topic. After his sister was picked up by YG Entertainment, Thunder followed her to Korea and built his own dream of becoming a star after watching music programs. To Thunder, Dara is a helpful mentor and an attentive colleague.

"Sometimes she's really thoughtful and attentive, while other times she's extremely strict," Thunder said about his sister with a smile. "It depends, though." Thunder admitted that he has recently been listening to 2NE1's new song "I Love You" on repeat.

Thunder recently released his own solo song, "Don't Go". The song is one that Thunder personally wrote and composed, garnering interest from those around him. When asked what his sister thought of his new song, he said, "Every time she heard one of my songs, she would say, 'it'd be nice if this would come out on an album,' so she was happy for me when it came out as a solo track."

Sandara Park shocked everyone with her unconventional 'shaved' hairstyle for her group's comeback. In regards to her new look, Thunder remarked, "She called me before she make a decision about her new hair. She asked, 'Should I do it? Should I do it?'"

Thunder half-jokingly stated that Dara hesitated changing her hairstyle because she was afraid the kitten she and Thunder are raising would not be able to recognize her, and his random response evoked laughter amongst everyone around him.



"When I am able to write better songs, I want to definitely include one in one of MBLAQ's albums, but I would also like to give one to my sister and to Rain hyung too," Thunder bashfully added. His self-composed song "Don't Go" is one that he will be performing on stage during MBLAQ's Asia Tour, 'THE BLAQ% TOUR'.

In regards to his group's upcoming concert, Thunder said, "All the members have various talents. Lee Joon is good at dance, Seungho is good at B-boying, and MIR is the best when it comes to performing an exciting, upbeat song. You will be kept entertained throughout the entire show."

Building more anticipation for his own stage, he added, "To slightly reveal my performance, part of the choreography utilizes a chair. Please look forward to it."

In related news, MBLAQ's Seoul concert 'THE BLAQ% TOUR' in Seoul is scheduled to take place July 21st and 22nd at the Olympic Park in Seoul.
