Dalmatian's Simon has taken the gold for the 'Idol Star Olympics' men's 100 meter race!
On the 26th, part two of MBC's 'Idol Star Olympics' aired, and ended the show with the competitive 100m sprint as the finale event.
While 2AM's Jo Kwon and B1A4's Baro were two among the many strong competitors, Simon pulled off a big upset over the two favorites to win, surprising all who were watching.
The underdog went against many's expectations by shooting out first with the sound of the starting gunshot and crossing the finish line in first place with a 13.10 second record.
During his victory speech, Simon stated, "I did not win this by myself. My mother is of Japanese descent. I want to give hope to all multi-cultural families. I also want to thank my group members for cheering me on."
Jo Kwon took the bronze medal while Baro came in a close second taking the silver.
