Netizens responded negatively to actor Kim Ji Suk's parody of Ji Hyun Woo's confession to actress Yoo In Na.
On June 11th, Kim Ji Suk, Park Han Byul, Park Jin Joo, and many others attended the press conference for the upcoming horror movie 'Two Moons' at the Lotte Theatre in Seoul.
Towards the end of the meeting, actor Kim Ji Suk took a stab at parodying Ji Hyun Woo's confession saying, "Ever since the beginning of the shoot, I had feelings for Park Han Byul."
Shocked by his unexpected confession, everyone in attendance became utterly speechless. However, Kim Ji Suk then displayed his wit by following up with, "I love Park Han Byul, Park Jin Joo, and even the director. I like them all."
Event host Kim Tae Jin remarked, "I was shocked, thinking he was going to be the second Ji Hyun Woo," causing everyone to roar in laughter.
Kim Ji Suk then explained, "I made the confession just for fun," to which Park Han Byul replied with a sigh of relief, "I was shocked. I was about to have a mental breakdown."
Although it was only a joke to be taken lightly, netizens have expressed their disappointment with the actor's carelessness commenting, "He shouldn't have turned Ji Hyun Woo's brave confession into a joke", "I bet Yoo In Na won't be too happy with this", "He went over the line", "I wonder how Se7en reacted to this", and more.
Meanwhile, 'Two Moons' is set for a July release. Directed by Kim Dong Bin, the movie tells the mysterious story of three people who end up losing their memory after visiting an isolated home.
