Former H.O.T member Tony An's snack business is taking off!

It was revealed on May 2nd that only 8 months after its establishment, Tony's business, School Store, has opened 30 chain stores. There are also plans to open locations within Jamsil Lotte World and at Incheon International Airport.

According to a representative from School Store, the business already has several locations including the one in Gangnam that brings in over 100 million Won (~$88,506 USD) in monthly sales.

Those who wish to open a new business with little capital are sending in a flood of questions, and in response to the attention, School Store has begun recruiting to launch a more casual type of small franchise.

Different from premium type franchise stores, which are usually larger than 1,100 sq ft in size, small franchises can be anywhere from 700 to 1,100 sq ft in size. School Store explained that the great thing about opening up one of their stores is that it is possible to do with just around 100 million Won (~$88,506 USD) .

"We recently introduced a new 'pizza rice' item, and it's receiving a good response from the consumers," the rep continued.
