Wonder Girls member Ye Eun's self-composed song "Hello To Myself" is creating a wave of attention as its slowly bursting through the charts.
Recently, Ye Eun released "Hello To Myself", a song filled with her own emotions, composed to be part of KBS's "Dream High 2" OST.
After gaining attention as "composer-dol" as soon as the song was released, the song received explosive response after Ye Eun made a cameo appearance on the recent episode of "Dream High 2" on February 27th. Ye Eun appeared on the series to perform "Hello To Myself", although based on the drama, the song is written by another character.
Ye Eun showed her passion for her self-composed track on her Twitter. She tweeted, "I was hurting as I wrote the 2nd verse. I had to find myself back in 2006 when I was being rejected from auditions over and over again," revealing her inspiration for the lyrics.
As of now, there are countless idols that can dance and sing, but there are not as many of them that actually show passion by taking part in writing, composing, or producing the track. As the lyrics describe her passion in moving towards her dreams, much anxiety is built in seeing how she will continue her path.
