It's just been revealed that Park Jung Hwan, a former member of DJ DOC, has submitted another charge against current DJ DOC member Lee Haneul. This is the second time Park Jung Hwan has sued Lee Haneul after the first lawsuit on November 15th, in which he claimed that Lee Haneul and Kim Chang Ryul committed defamation of character. The police station told Star News on December 7th, "Park Jung Hwan has submitted a complaint against Lee Haneul through his lawyer on the 6th." The new complaint cites that Lee Haneul had further defamed Park Jung Hwan's character, based on a comment made during 'Kim Chang Ryul's Old School' radio show. On the show, Lee Haneul apologized to Park Jung Hwan, saying: "Jung Hwan, I'm sorry. But this is something we could have resolved over a drink. I heard you're running a car dealership these days. If you drop the charges, I'll buy a car from you. I haven't even paid off the mortgage on my home yet". Park Jung Hwan claimed at the time that Lee Haneul's apology seemed insincere, and that he felt "mocked and ridiculed." Park Jung Hwan told Star News over the phone, "I submitted an additional charge against Lee Haneul yesterday (6th)... Our company has suffered a great loss, so the lawyer from our company advised that an additional complaint was needed." Only Lee Haneul was sued this time since Kim Chang Ryul did not have anything to do with the comments made. Jung Hwan stated, "My child, who is now in her second year of middle school and attending a school within Korea after returning from studying abroad, is being made fun of a lot after the event... Since even my family has been affected by this, it has been very hard psychologically." For those of you who haven't kept up with the story, DJ DOC's former member Park Jung Hwan sued Lee Haneul and Kim Chang Ryul for dissing him as "rhythmicaly challenged" on 'Happy Together 3' while discussing their past member line-up changes. Lee Haneul publicly apologized after realizing that his first apology on the radio show had sounded far from sincere. Haneul stated that Jung Hwan did not actually lack a sense of rhythm and also revealed that he would be pulling out of the entertainment industry to show how truly sincere he was. Since then, Lee Haneul has expressed his feelings about the current situation and has reached out to Jung Hwan, asking to resolve the misunderstanding. However, Park Jung Hwan stated that he had no plans of withdrawing the lawsuit and stated that although it hurts him to sue his former group members', he has been left no choice but to follow through with it. Park Jung Hwan will be going in for investigation with the police on December 8th, and Lee Haneul is expected to do the same soon. Source + Photo: Star News
