There's no denying that 'Apple Girl'
Kim Yeo Hee has enjoyed a solid year, but it looks like 2012 will be her best yet, thanks to her upcoming Japanese debut.
CEO
Cho Yunho of
Dream High Entertainment informed
TV Report on December 15th, "
Kim Yeo Hee has already left for Japan to begin her Japanese promotions and we have placed complete trust in her Japanese agencies, Universal Music and Rainbow."
According to Cho, it's rare for two agencies to manage an artist's promotions in Japan, but both Rainbow and Universal Music have decided to collaborate on album recording, distribution, performances, and marketing.
Much like
Cheil Worldwide in Korea, famous Japanese advertising agency
Dentsu is actively looking to support Kim Yeo Hee. Cho remarked, "
Dentsu thinks very highly of Kim Yeo Hee and they see enough potential in her to become the second BoA." Dentsu is responsible for all PR aspects of
Lotte Gum,
BlackBerry, and TV ads.
Her Korean agency is very encouraging of her as well. Dream High remarked, "
We want her to be a successful and respected musician, first and foremost. We will work to make her the best singer, songwriter in the nation."
Kim Yeo Hee recently released her latest single, "
December", and will be unveiling her first full-length album early next year.
