Misconceptions about 2NE1's Park Bom famous watermelon diet were recently cleared up. YG Entertainment's exclusive personal trainer Hwang revealed the diet plans to the public to clear up some of the misconceptions about Park Bom's diet plans. Trainer Hwang commented, "Park Bom didn't have just a one food diet" and added, "I'm worried that people will follow the wrong information". Recently, Park Bom had commented on her diet plans saying, "I eat more watermelon than I eat rice these days". However, people misunderstood this message and thought that Park Bom had said, "I only eat watermelon". Watermelons are known to make you become full faster and is a recommended fruit to eat before an actual meal in order to reduce binge eating; however, it's not something to be eaten in place of a meal. In addition, watermelons are full of vitamin C and a refreshing fruit for the summer. Master Hwang had taken Park Bom's western diet habits from her international student years into consideration and transformed her diet so that she can have a healthier lifestyle. Bom's diet plan strictly regulates her eating habits and it consists of 5 total meals (including 2 snacks) a day. Servings of either corn or nuts are chosen as her snacks since they're Bom's favorite food. In addition, Bom had kept a track record of what she ate with a diet planner and Trainer Hwang had circled in red the parts where she performed well. Even now, the 2NE1 members have the habit of keeping in close contact in confirming their meals with Master Hwang despite their busy schedules.
