Since May, underground hip hop crew Seoul Connection's rapper Kim Jung Min has been undergoing prosecution for being caught smoking marijuana.� Recently, it was decided that the artist will be put on probation for two years as a consequence.

The judge explained, "As a celebrity, he should have been more strictly punished, but he made amends for his wrongdoing and we took into consideration his lack of previous convictions."

Afterwards, a dissatisfied Kim Jung Min objected to the final decision by appealing to the court.

Last December, he was charged and convicted for smoking marijuana three times with foreigners in a bathroom in Mapo, Seoul.
