Former
H.O.T singer
Jang Woo Hyuk made a late confession of once being an outcast of the group for being favored by
SM Entertainment's former CEO,
Lee Soo Man.
During this week's recording of
MBC Dramanet's
"Mi In Do", Jang Woo Hyuk unveiled
, "During the H.O.T days, there were times when the company's producer and CEO Lee Soo Man would say to me, 'You are the pillar of H.O.T' and 'You are the reason why H.O.T exists', while the other members were in the same room. He tended to show a special attachment towards me."
He continued,
"Whenever he did, I could always fell that the facial expressions of the other members were not good, and in the end, I became the target of constantly being checked on without the members knowing."
On the upside, however, Jang Woo Hyuk managed to gain hidden powers over the group as he added,
"With the CEO's acknowledgement for me, I had a huge influence on the team, even when Tony joined."
During the recording, the former member also talked about the time when he got in a collar-grabbing fight with leader
Moon Hee Jun, and also revealed a story of when he bashed his dorm refrigerator because of his ex-girlfriend.
The full episode is set to air this coming June 24th.
