Having released the digital single yesterday, the music video for figure skater Kim Yuna's collaboration with vocalist Park Jung Hyun has now been released. 'Winter Dream' was made in order to support Pyeongchang's Olympic bid to host the 2018 Winter Olympic Games. Produced by Yoon Jong Shin, the song was a remake of 'Don't Worry, Be Happy'. This unique collaboration effort portrays Korea's earnest wish to be able to host the Winter Olympics; the country has already failed two times to secure a bid. A production staff stated, "Park Jung Hyun's fantastic vocals didn't seem to match Kim Yuna's clear voice but I couldn't hide my surprise at the harmony created. I felt overflowing joy at the two faeries' heavenly song, which seemed like a signal of our country winning the bid." Pyeongchang (South Korea) is competing against Annecy (France) and Munich (Germany) for the hosting rights; the winning bid will be announced on July 6th 2011 by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), after the 123rd IOC Session in Durban.
