Norazo's Lee Hyuk revealed a personal story about how his father was actually opposed to his singing career during his pre-debut days. On January 26th, Lee Hyuk made an appearance on a corner of YTN's 'News and Issues' called, 'Issue and People'. The rock star stated, "He's passed away now, but my father hated that I wanted to become a singer. My father was a person who did music as well, and because he knew how hard the road to becoming a singer was, I think he tried to prevent me from pursuing it." In order to express his feelings of missing his father, Lee Hyuk released a song called 'Father' on April of 2009. On that same year, he also appeared on the talk show, MBC's "Put me to Sleep Only For Tonight",where he shed tears as he reminisced over the memories of his father. During the show Lee Hyuk explained, "My father died unexpectedly because of a car accident. Afterwards, I was organizing his things and happened to stumble upon his diary. He wrote, 'There is a music I want to pursue so much, but because of my family I cannot do as I please.' I did not realize my father felt this way, so I would always complain to him and make him do things for me." Source: Newsen
