This week, variety show program '1N2D' had their first episode with only five members, after MC Mong was dropped due to being charged for draft evasion. For this episode, Kang Ho Dong, Lee Soo Geun, Eun Ji Won, Lee Seung Gi, and Kim Jong Min went on a day-trip to a market square in Seoul, and also went up the Bukaksan mountain, all while doing various mission challenges along the way. The majority of responses from viewers for this episode was positive. The main goal of 1N2D, which is to show the sights of various attractions in Korea, was successfully accomplished by going on the day trip, and the good interaction and cooperation between the five members during the last mission was seamlessly displayed. In regards to the absence of MC Mong, many viewers expressed, "I couldn't feel any gaps with the empty spot of MC Mong." However, some were disappointed with the 'funny' side of the episode, saying, "It felt empty without MC Mong." Many viewers have been demanding for a new sixth member after the withdrawal of MC Mong. In particular, viewers have voiced out to the producers that they would like singer Lee Jung to fill the empty spot. Recently, 1N2D producer Na Young Suk revealed, "We are referring to the viewers' opinions for who to pick as the new member." In regards to the suggestion of Lee Jung as the new member, the PD replied, "We are well aware of the many viewers who would like Lee Jung as the new member. However, we are not taking specific people into consideration for choosing the new member." He continued, "Since we have begun filming as five members, for now we will do our best in making the show as fun as possible."
