Japanese pop and R&B duo Chemistry visited Sony Music Korea to promote the movie "Mujeokja" and spoke about the popularity of K-pop groups in Japan. "4minute, Girls' Generation, KARA, Big Bang, 2PM and other Korean idols are very talented. They are excellent in both singing and dancing, so their popularity in Japan is only natural." They continued, "We have sung with DBSK on a program once, and we know that KARA's Han Seung Yeon has hurt her back. We hope for more opportunities to collaborate with k-pop arists." Chemistry collaborated with Korean artists for the 2002 Korea-Japan World Cup official theme song "Let's Get Together Now", as well as contributing to a campaign song for "Japan-Korea Friendship Year". Expressing great affection for Korean artists, the duo especially wanted to reunite with Brown Eyes and Lena Park, whom they had met while participating in those two songs. The duo also expressed their desire to hold a live concert in Korea next year for their 10th debut anniversary. They said, "We are thankful for the opportunity, albeit small, to participate in a cultural exchange between Korean and Japanese artists."
