Female quintet pop sensation the Wonder Girls had quite a successful year in 2009 with their foray into America. The group managed to score an awesome opportunity touring with the Jonas Brothers and their hit single Nobody was the best selling single of the year on the Billboard Hot Singles Sales music chart. However, despite the success, JYP Entertainment's audit report revealed that the company had a net loss of 4,008,330,000? (around $3.5 million). The cost for American promotions plus the worldwide economic slump were the reasons behind this tremendous deficit. So how to turn this around? Come May 15th, the Wonder Girls are set to release a brand new single at an album release party in Los Angeles, California. Following the album release, the girls will commence their Wonder World Tour sponsored by Live Nation in June, which includes 9 cities in the USA. The Wonder Girls World Tour will be a hit-or-miss project that could potentially turn around JYPE's fortunes and profits. Should the tour be a success, the company hopes to garner ten times the profit they earned in 2009. The girls left Korea back in 2008 at the peak of their careers, risking it all for the chance to take on the American market. With their worldwide comeback fast approaching, fans are definitely at the edge of their seats, waiting to see their girls at the top spot once again! It's quite a load on their shoulders, but these 5 wonderful girls have what it takes to make it to the top.
