Singer Kim Tae Woo sang the Korean national anthem for a professional baseball game. Kim Tae Woo sang for the baseball league opener between the Doosan Bears and KIA Tigers on March 27th. Although this was a big and important match, Kim Tae Woo seemed a little too formal in his black suit and tie. However, it was explained that Kim Tae Woo was in such an attire to show his grief over the recentsinking of the naval ship Cheonan. Because of the tragic event, the mood during thesinging of the national anthem was reported to be very calm and quiet.
