The boys of BEAST have been tearing up the stages of music programs with their new song Shock. Of course, they had to rehearse the dance a billion times to get it so perfect and now the practice video has been released to show off just how hard they work. In my opinion, I prefer their practice video to their live performances just because the dancing is so much better. BEAST has always been a group that has their moves down so it's no surprise that their rehearsals look identical to their live performances.
