It seems like Ha Joo Yeon and Kim Eun Jung are taking the next step after Park Jung Ah and Seo In Young's departure. Ha Joo Yeon and Kim Eun Jung are the January covergirls for Nail Up magazine and are seen posing pretty as party girls welcoming the new year. They also did an interview to talk about their sunbae members' departures and what they have in store for 2010. When asked about Park Jung Ah and Seo In Young's departure, the two members commented , "It's unfortunate and we're saddened by it, but they have their future and they need to step forward towards it. We want to do well even without our unnies. We are not perfect, but we have a lot of responsibilities now and a lot on our shoulders." Kim Eun Jung talked about being close with the Kara members by stating, "We have a lot of fun with dongsaengs in other girl groups, but when we're with our Jewelry unnies, they come up to us and bow to greet us. Our unnies never yell or scold us, but we just automatically bow. They tell us to not do that, but we have looked up to them since the beginning so it's only natural." Ha Joo Yeon admitted that her charismatic stage presence is nowhere to be seen in her real personality. She said, "I'm so sensitive that our unnies worry about it. But through working as a Jewelry member, I became stronger. I learned how to be strong from my unnies." All I can think about is who is going to replace these strong and experienced unnies.
