Rain’s agency, J-Tune Entertainment, recently announced that Rain is starting a foundation that will provide free Lasik surgery for those who can’t afford it in these tough economic times. He’s teaming up with Eye & Eye Vision in Gangnam and they have labeled the foundation the “Creating a Bright New World” project. They plan on selecting two applicants a month to receive free Lasik surgery through the foundation. There is a bit of a catch though. To apply you must be an official member of Rain’s fan club the “Clouds”, someone related to a fan club member, or someone who has been recommended by the fan club. Those eligible to apply can do so at Rain’s Official Website. J-Tune Entertainment also stated that they plan on starting more charity projects geared towards helping Rain’s fans in the future. Sounds like Rain is trying to fix his image after being a bad bad boy .
