Alex of Clazziquai and Andy of Shinhwa, stars of MBC's "We Got Married", are battling it out with their solo concerts. Both are set to kick off their tours in Seoul on the the 6th and 7th of September. Alex's latest single, "If It Is You", off of his first solo album "My Vintage Romance" has been enjoying immense popularity this summer. It reached the number 1 spot on a radio broadcast ranking site, Air Monitor, for the week of July 21 to July 27. Alex left "We Got Married" briefly to finalize his album for which he was the main producer. His sacrifice is paying off: "My Vintage Romance" has been a hit, ranking Top 10 in various online charts. Some of the success that both artists have garnered as solo artists could probably be attributed to the popularity they have gained on "We Got Married". I wonder which concert will have more attendees. I suppose that they both set their dates for both the 6th and 7th of September so that all their fans from the show can watch both... how considerate.
