Big Bang's Daesung recently made a guest appearance on a YouTube channel titled Psick University. However, his presence on the platform sparked negative reactions from the viewers.
On February 10th, a popular comedy YouTube channel titled Psick University posted a quiz show featuring Daesung as a guest on their channel. The quiz show is intentionally structured to force the guests to answer sensitive questions, making the viewers laugh at the reactions of guests.
Some of the questions Daesung was asked included "List the following artists according to their contribution to YG Entertainment's success," and "Who is the least contributing member in 2NE1? (the question stem asks to pick a member who could be left out from the group)"
When asked a question about 2NE1, Daesung said, "It's too harsh to say pick a member who can be left out from the group." but he ended up naming Minzy.
Following the video, netizens and subscribers expressed disappointment and frustration with the content, citing the lack of depth and consideration. Some of the comments include:
"They shouldn't have done it if they couldn't talk about Big Bang."
"They say they are making satires but then they won't drag real criminals lol"
"I feel the production team of this channel is utter trash."
"Why drag 2NE1? That's so rude."
"Well, what's the fun in featuring a person who had real controversies and does not have a good public image?"
"I'm unsubscribing."
"They should have asked to pick a member that could be left out in Big Bang."
Meanwhile, Daesung will be holding a fan meet event in Korea in March and then hold a tour in Japan in April.
Outside of G-Dragon and Taeyang, the Korean GP do not like the other 3 BB members. So I don't blame T.O.P. for doing activities outside of SK. They will get judge no matter what in their home country.
