Hwa Sa celebrates birthday with soulful cover of Dionne Warwick's 'Walk On By'

Hwa Sa is commemorating her 28th birthday with a special cover performance.

On July 23 KST, the MAMAMOO member sang a cover of soul legend Dionne Warwick's hit song "Walk On By" in a new video. In the clip, the idol brings a chic retro mood as she performs in an intimate lounge setting, accompanied by a live jazz band and backup singers.

Meanwhile, Hwa Sa wowed the audience at July 19's '2nd Blue Dragon Series Awards' with her congratulatory performance of "Maria." The full performance can be seen here.

Happy birthday Hwasa. Yes, finally we get new content on her Youtube channel 😉 A great cover of this classic song. I love the attitude she puts into the ad libs at the end, almost like she's dissing RBW for not promoting her Guilty Pleasure album and ultimately helping her in deciding to not renew her exclusive contract and leave the company.
