On the November 23 airing of SBS's new mystery variety program 'Village Survival, the Eight', the cast members ate a simple but fulfilling dinner of ramen noodles and kimchi!
Black Pink's Jennie and Song Kang, who were tasked with bringing the fire for the fire pit to life, sat squatting in front of the fire with the smoke attacking their eyes, noses, and lips. The smoke was so thick over Jennie's eyes, she ended up shedding tears.
MC Yoo Jae Suk, watching from afar, observed, "You guys look like you're filming a drama." Yang Se Hyung, who attempted to get in between the two as an antagonist, was quickly shut down by sunbae Son Dam Bi who coolly remarked, "Get out of the way."
Later, the cast members all sat down for their warm, savory meal of ramen noodles, rice, and kimchi. Jennie, after tasting the ramen, began clapping out of the blue, because the ramen was so delicious! When asked how long it's been since she last ate ramen, Jennie replied, "About 5 months?" Yoo Jae Suk noted, "How can you eat ramen for 5 months? It probably tastes even better because it's been so long, right?" To this, Jennie said, "It tastes so good, I'm in trouble."
