Actor Ju Jin Mo recently made a rare appearance, showing a noticeably slimmer physique.

Joo Jin Mo appeared on his wife Min Hye Yeon’s YouTube channel, 'Doctor Hye Yeon.' The actor married Min, a family medicine specialist and a graduate of Seoul National University College of Medicine, in 2019. In the video, he looked leaner than before, contrasting with his previously charismatic image. The couple had traveled to Japan for a golf trip.

He remarked, "You need to lose more than 10kg for it to really show." Min Hye Yeon responded honestly, saying, "You’ve gained a lot of weight, oppa. You’re dieting hard now, though."

Joo Jin Mo added, "I want to show a freer version of myself at fan meetings again. Honestly, I’m dieting because I want to present the way I used to look." Last month, he held a fan meeting in Tokyo, Japan, for the first time in ten years.

Recalling his past career, he said, "I even did a beer commercial. I played a tough guy, breaking through doors, chugging beer, and laughing with friends." Min Hye Yeon fondly responded, "That was such a fresh, youthful time."

Joo Jin Mo captivated many female fans with his sharp image in the film '200 Pounds Beauty' and was a dominant figure in commercials.

However, in 2020, he fell victim to a phone hacking incident, leading him to cut off communication with fans. This recent video marks his first public appearance in a long time.
