T-ara’s Hyomin revealed the secrets to her successful diet
On February 7, T-ara member Hyomin took to Instagram to share her weight loss journey and the key habits that helped her succeed.

She confessed, “Dieting has become an unavoidable part of my daily life, but because I love eating and drinking so much, I ended up reaching my heaviest weight ever two years ago." She also admitted that maintaining her weight loss was incredibly challenging and that her body’s condition changed after entering her 30s.
In a short video, Hyomin outlined her diet tips, which included: “Don’t starve yourself,” “Exercise for at least 30 minutes a day,” and “Take multivitamins before bed.” The video also featured her weight loss progress, showing that she went from 56kg (123 lbs) to 49kg (108 lbs).

Her toned physique, visible abs, and workout clips in the video drew attention from fans.
Born in 1989, Hyomin debuted as a member of T-ara in 2009. She gained widespread popularity with hits such as "Lies," "Roly-Poly," "Bo Peep Bo Peep," "Crazy Because of You," and "Lovey-Dovey."
