On February 20, actor Lee Min Ho's agency, MYM Entertainment, denied the dating rumors involving former 2NE1 member Park Bom.
Speaking to Star News, a representative from MYM Entertainment stated, "Lee Min Ho has no personal acquaintance with Park Bom. The dating rumors are completely groundless."
The controversy began when Park Bom repeatedly referred to Lee Min Ho as "my husband" in several social media posts since last year, fueling speculation about a romantic relationship. As the rumors escalated, she deleted the posts but later reiterated claims of a special connection with the actor.
On February 12 and 15, Park Bom once again made bold statements on social media, saying, "He is my husband," and "I love you all," further insisting that she was Lee Min Ho’s wife. In response, Park Bom’s representatives clarified, "She has been watching the drama 'The Heirs' recently and became deeply immersed in the character played by Lee Min Ho. The posts were made spontaneously without any particular reason—it was just an unexpected situation."
However, on February 19, Park Bom created a third secondary account and posted, "I wrote everything because it was true. I will continue working hard on 2NE1 activities. Thank you for your attention."
Amid the ongoing speculation, Park Bom took to her social media account again on February 20, stating, "I am actually alone," effectively denying any romantic relationship with Lee Min Ho. She further claimed, "Lee Min Ho asked me to post those messages. I now confirm that I am single."
The situation has sparked widespread discussion among fans, with MYM Entertainment firmly dismissing all allegations of a connection between the two celebrities.
Other netizens expressed their concern and urged for support, commenting:
"Someone needs to help her immediately."
"She should be getting treatment, not media attention."
